The Process

Step 1: Review Lisa's website, www.lisaglickman.com.
Step 2: Call Lisa (541.633.7087) to discuss what you have in mind.
Step 3: Arrange a free consultation meeting, where Lisa will utilize her Event Planning Form, which includes a range of information that Lisa will use to recommend your menu and plan your event. If possible, this meeting should be held at event location, allowing Lisa to survey kitchen and dining area—appliances, refrigeration, utensils, cookware, serving dishes, table wear, etc.
Step 4: Following the meeting, within 5 days, Lisa will submit her Menu Recommendation & Cost Estimate Form, together with the completed LG Event Planning Form, which includes detailed cost estimates, for client approval or modification.
Step 5: A brief phone conversation to discuss Lisa's menu recommendations and cost estimates, make any necessary modifications and finalize the agreement.
Step 6: Lisa will e-mail the final documents—the Service Agreement, the Event Planning Form and the Menu Recommendation & Cost Estimate Form.
Step 7: Print and sign the documents, pay the required deposits and send them to Lisa.
Step 8: If requested, Lisa will secure assistant(s), the waiter/waitress and other service personnel and arrange any special services, as requested on the Event Planning Form.
Step 9: Lisa, personally, shops for the freshest and highest-quality food and other ingredients a day or two prior to your event date.
Step 10: Lisa arrives at your home or event location (kitchen) several hours prior to your event, or the day prior, depending on the category of service you select, logistics and menu complexity.
Step 11: Lisa will provide a final invoice, which shall include the actual food costs reconciled to the Estimated Cost, together with a post-event critique.
Step 12: If your meal was, indeed, "great" and you were happy with Lisa's service, she would appreciate if you will tell others and schedule another event sometime in the future.
