Lisa's Executive Chef Service

Lisa's Executive Chef provides her most premium service, where she prepares your entire meal in your home on the event date and works with you to plan the entire event in advance. Lisa prepares, cooks, decorates, and supervises the entire meal.

Lisa remains with you until completion of the event, periodically checking in, supervising service and interacting with you and your guests. Here's what's included:

• 5-course "gourmet" menu—from appetizers to dessert.
• Beverage consultation (aperitifs', wine pairings, desert wines, non-alcoholic beverages).
• Menu is recommended by Lisa, following personal consultation.
• Meal is personally prepared by Lisa on the day of the event.
• Each course is personally plated and served by Lisa.
• Lisa brings waiter/waitress to assist with plating, service, pick-up and clean-up.
• Lisa provides presentation consultation and supervision—table settings, centerpieces, flowers, candles, etc.
• Lisa personally explains her dishes to your guests and answers questions.
